Guest Speaker: Richard Spies
Progress has been made and continues to be made to improve efficiency and move Argentine costs toward international costs to make the development of unconventional resources competitive. Organized efforts that began two years ago have shown results and recent efforts build upon those to give a positive outlook for seeing further progress toward improving Argentine oil field costs. This will be necessary to realize the potential of Argentine resources.
