During the visit last April, 2022 of Mr. Omar Gutierrez, Governor of the Province of Neuquen, the IAPG Houston hosted an event and during its closing, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the government of Neuquen and IAPGH. It focuses on continuing an open communication and supporting Neuquen in understanding operational and technical trends and best practices observed in the US market (particularly around energy transition). This document recognizes the role IAPGH plays in building relationships between Neuquen and Houston energy communities, and also states that future events with them will be organized by IAPGH.
