IAPGH 2021 Annual Assembly

As IAPG Houston enters the year of its 20th anniversary, and will also celebrate 10 years since our scholarship program was established, last August 19th its Annual Assembly was held where Eduardo Galindez, the outgoing 2020-2021 President, presented the year’s accomplishments and transferred the Presidency to Andres Weissfeld who was elected as new President for the 2021-2022 period. 

IAPG Houston is proud to have been able to provide 22 scholarships to Argentinean students over the last 10 years. Meanwhile, we are very excited to announce that thanks to the great support of our members, sponsors, and the recent IAPGH agreement with Fulbright Argentina we will be able to provide 6 scholarships in the next 2 years. 

As we enter the year of our twentieth anniversary, IAPG Houston will strive to continue growing and honoring its mission of building bridges between the energy communities in Houston and Argentina, and providing educational opportunities for the development of Argentinean professionals. 

Mientras IAPG Houston entra en su vigésimo aniversario y también celebra su décimo aniversario otorgando becas, el pasado 19 de agosto en su Asamblea Anual Eduardo Galindez, presidente saliente por el período 2020-2021, presentó los logros de este último año y transfirió la presidencia a Andres Weissfeld quien fue electo para la presidencia por el período 2021-2022. 

IAPG Houston se enorgullece de haber otorgado 22 becas a estudiantes argentinos en los últimos 10 años. También nos emociona poder anunciar que gracias al soporte de nuestros miembros, sponsors y el reciente convenio entre IAPGH y Fulbright Argentina podremos otorgar 6 becas más en los próximos 2 años. 

IAPG Houston, comenzando su vigésimo aniversario, continuará con sus esfuerzos para seguir creciendo y honrar su misión de construir puentes dentro de la industria de la energía entre Houston y Argentina y proveer oportunidades de educación para el desarrollo de profesionales argentinos.
