IAPG Houston celebrated its 20th Anniversary on March 22nd with an evening cocktail that took place at The Houstonian Hotel & Spa.
Authorities of the institution were joined by the Consul general of Argentina in Houston, Cristina Tosonotti, authorities from the Greater Houston Partnership, Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce, Casa Argentina en Houston, and other members of the Argentine community, as well as former presidents and directors of IAPG Houston, including founding members Claudio Manzolillo and Raul Cornelio.
In a night filled with camaraderie spirit, the President of the institution recounted the remarkable achievements of the organization over the last two decades, including the success of the scholarship program since its first grant 10 years ago, and also highlighted the hard work of current and past board members over the past 20 years, and thanked the sponsors for their continued support to the organization.
The Consul general of Argentina in Houston thanked IAPG Houston for its contribution in creating relationships between the Houston and Argentinean energy communities. IAPGH’s first president, Claudio Manzolillo, shared with the audience the initial steps that lead to the creation of the organization
