On December 15th IAPG Houston’s traditional end of year annual cocktail party took place in an event filled with colleagues and friends.
Andrés Weissfeld, past president, shared a few words and highlighted IAPGH’s 2022 accomplishments, including the organization of a luncheon with the Argentinean President Alberto Fernandez and with Mr. Jorge Arguello, Argeninean Ambassador to the US, as well as a successful 2022 Vaca Muerta Shale Day, in addition to organized events throughout the year featuring Omar Gutierrez, Governor of the Province of Neuquen.
In a very successful year, the IAPGH has been able to award seven scholarships for 2022-23 and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the government of Neuquen and IAPGH.
The past president also thanked the continuous support from its sponsors and from the Argentinian consulate in Houston to help the institution accomplish its goals and honor its mission.
