2021-2022 IAPGH Scholarships              

IAPG Houston is proud to announce that the winners of the 2021-2022 Scholarships have been selected 

Scholarships Sponsors 21/22

The Scholarship Program is for Argentine professionals planning to pursue or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in the United States of America in Energy related studies.

The funding of the scholarships is possible thanks to the proceeds of IAPGH industry events, the continued support of our members and corporate sponsors.

As announced in our 2021 Annual Assembly, IAPGH is now celebrating 10 years since the inception of its scholarship program and is delighted to communicate that it has reached an agreement with Comision Fulbright Argentina to support Argentineans seeking postgraduates studies in energy related studies in the United States.

And the winners are:

Cecilia Garcia 

  • Geologist (Universidad de La Plata)

  • 10 years of experience in YPF, Neuquen (2001-2021)

  • Master in Petroleum Operations at Instituto Estenssoro

  • Postgraduate degree in Business with concentration in Energy Studies (starting Fall of 2021) Southern Alberta Institute (Calgary, CAN)

Sabrina Nava

  • Energy Engineering (Universidad de San Martin)

  • Government Roles in the Ministry of Energy (2017-2021)

  • Renewable Energy Facilities Designer (2015 - 2017)

  • University of Texas at Austin, Master in Energy & Earth Resources (Starting Fall 2021) 

Pablo Pejlatowicz 


  • Lawyer (Universidad de Buenos Aires)

  • Government Roles in the Ministry of Production and Labor (2016-2020)

  • Worked with YPF and AESA

  • Master in Public Policy and Management (Universidad de San Andres)

  • UT at Austin, Master in Public Affairs with concentration in Energy and Oil & Gas (In progress)

Gabriel Gallardo Giozza

  • Degree in Geophysics (Universidad Nacional de San Juan)

  • Petrophysicist at Schlumberger (2013-2017)

  • Graduate Research Assistant at UT Austin (Austin, TX)

  • University of Texas, Master in Petroleum Engineering (working towards PhD.) 



With the above selected scholars IAPG Houston continues the labor of supporting young minds to improve their capabilities and develop their potential. We would like to commend them for their extraordinary efforts.
